To Mike Manahan- MDTK Nasdaq listing- a lot of stockholders are asking if MDTK has applied or will apply to Nasdaq for listing (assuming price holds for the next 2 weeks above 4. After viewing Nasdaq small cap requirements it seems that MDTK would qualify as Nasdaq if price holds above 4. Based on an original press release in May (it said Sutro would help in listing). Is DLJ and MDTK ready to go on this issue? Or is it AMEX that co. is heading to? Can you please post on this board what is going on? I am pretty certain that this info of applying on Nasdaq is not insider info since the co has in the past stated their intention(nasdaq)in a press release this past May. Do you agree they meet listing requirements (nasdaq or Amex)? It seems that there is not a clear signal from the co on this issue but it can easily be cleared up. Thanks for you anticipated response on this matter.
