I like your simple plan--to some degree it is what I am doing also. My suggestion is that we all formally PRAY that: -- Pearse Flynn puts the organization rapidly in shape to be sold (but as a backstop) makes lots of money anyway. -- Chambers makes a very generous offer based on his previous record in such transactions -- The Canadian government LEANS on NT to save this treasure of the Canadian hi tech business from falling into the hands of the infidel. -- For those (and good business reasons) NT steps forward with the "Mother of all takeover offers" Remember, I said "PRAY" I am sure each of us is able to do that in his/her own way. If anybody needs instruction in "general purpose prayer" I will be glad to provide it. Anyway, that is my current version, and my current prayer. Best wishes, Jim
