I may be the only one still here. Puzzled by the decline in MTSI. Steady improvemment in revenue with real earning and considerable book value. Seems to have little competition and has world wide presence. Have found only a few downside factors. Substantial insider selling in the last few months (about 260,000 shares) after almost 2 years of no selling despite higher prices. Ibis line struggling. There has been a mention of patent expirations but I can find no reference to this is any of the recent annual or quarterly reports. Seems appropriate to increase a long position (have held for about 2 years); but concerned about decline in the face of rising tech market. Would appreciate any insights. Bob Burr
