Does anyone know how much the "one year of free EarthLink Sprint Internet access" costs a user (dollar value of the incentive)

and

And how much does USAB pay Earthlink per account for the same "one year of free EarthLink Sprint Internet access" (Cost to offer this incentive ... I assume it is discounted)

Thanks,
Rob

New partnership includes a complimentary year of Internet access for EarthLink members who open a USABancShares.com account
PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 1999-- USABancShares.com (NASDAQ-``USAB') today announced that it has entered into a two-year Premiere Partnership agreement with EarthLink (NASDAQ-``ELNK') under which the companies will launch a full array of co-branded online banking services.

As an incentive for introducing users to the convenience and efficiency of online banking, USABancShares.com will offer both new and existing EarthLink members one year of free EarthLink Sprint Internet access with each new online banking account. The co-branded USABancShares.com/EarthLink site will have default presence on the EarthLink Personal Start Page, the default launch page for EarthLink members, and in The Mall, EarthLink's online shopping center. In addition, it will be featured through a variety of prominent links, print media, and other EarthLink promotions.

Ken Tepper, President & CEO of USABancShares.com, shared his enthusiasm for EarthLink: ``No one else in the ISP business can offer the array of products or customer service that EarthLink is known for, and we're proud to become a primary part of their community. This is a breakthrough agreement which will provide us unprecedented access to over 1.5 million potential new customers,' he said.

``Online banking is getting more and more popular, so it seemed a natural fit to offer it to our members as part of our new Finance Center,' said Howard Lefkowitz, vice president of business development and Internet marketing. ``USA BancShares.com will provide EarthLink members with an easy way to bank online, and a great incentive, too: a free year of our award-winning Internet access. Imagine...an Internet bank with an Internet attitude.'
