MAKAMAI, Here is my prediction: Sideware at $20 inside of six months. How is that for sticking your neck out!

I believe that this is the market "birth" of Sideware. Everything we have seen prior to this has been prenatal care. Sideware is a millennium baby. Sideware is born with the right stuff (product and people) at the right time (e commerce is hot). Management developed an excellent business plan and the company continues to execute it well. Given all that makes up Sideware and our current market place, there is every reason to conclude that Sideware has a very bright future. Just how bright?

While no amount of business acumen can predict with 100% accuracy, the best metric is to study some of Sideware's older (by months) sister companies. Because of Sideware's initial stellar product and partner moves we would have to pick some of the more successful companies. KANA @ $172.5; SILK @ $96.5; EPNY @ $162.5; and BBSW @ $85 pop to the top of my list. There are other companies of less prominence that I would like to study more for examples of what NOT to do since they have not fared so well as these 4. I feel certain senior Sideware management is paying attention to these examples as well.

My point here is that if a person (such as me) were to predict a Sideware price of $20.00 in the next 6 months, it can be asserted with some degree of merit. What is ridiculous is that anyone would try to make a case for it not being possible or probable. All indications are that Sideware will soon be joining the ranks of her sister companies. They are the fair haired daughters of this market.

Kris
