In any mine there is usually a sprinkling of many different metals . I have worked in an underground copper mine in northern ontario and that company paid their operating costs with the gold that was also present . I know that zinc needs to go higher but there are many other factors to consider when opening a mine . Most of these are in place which is a positive for Anvil .

Bre-x is very interesting . It comes down to credibility of the information given by the media . It is almost impossible to call after considering both sides . Basically its a crap shoot . I have been toying with playing a few bucks Im not worried about losing , but thats all I would risk at this point .

Mining stocks are HIGH risk . I guess thats what makes them exciting to play . It takes a lot of research and a gut feeling to play them .

Are you considering investing in Bre-x

If your interested in being a little more conservative I am looking into BYG resources . Its getting a lot of attention lately and may be ready to move .
