steve, pretty much agree...but its difficult to assess their finacials as they are a foreign co., hence there is no S1 info u can rely on...they appear to have very est. customers(newbridge,siemens,france telecom,british telecom,deustch telecom)...evidently, their dsl chipsets are used by 70% of the european telecom mkt...but like virata, they are somewhat tainted by poor revenue growth...but we'll see.
