Right. I made a stupid terminological error equating conventional to wireless. Reread my post changing wireless to conventional. Sorry about that. If it was a quality problem, then presumably their orders dropped off during the past year. If their orders dropped off, they went somewhere else. In my unclear post, I was wondering (1) did their orders drop off, (2) if so, where did the customers take their business, and (3) did demand for conventional suspensions as a whole drop because of this, fueling a switch to TSA.

Tom was concerned that if 1 and 2 were true, HTI would not (significantly) gain from the new business, since conventional is fading away.

That would be true only if KRP's problems had no impact on the demand ratio between TSA and conventional suspensions. If it accelerates the change (if more customers choose TSA over conventional who formerly got their conventioanl suspensions from KRP), then it would be more of a boon for HTI then Tom thought.
