Either Globalstar needed the money RIGHT NOW (which is a bad sign) or they do not feel that their stock is worth more than 26 bucks in the next few months (also a bad sign) It seems there is no good way to spin this. Perhaps Globalstar has nothing good to say about themselves, that is why they are saying nothing. I hope someone can rebut me strongly here :-) Regards, Dave
