1)"The lease agreement, entered into on or about June 24th, 1999, was for a term of 25 years with an escalating monthly lease expense in excess of $17,000 U.S ". I wonder if there are penalties associated with the cancellation of a 25 year lease... 2) Just wonder if these guys made a multi year cash flow forecast before entering a 25 year lease at those rates...Anyway, it's water under the bridge now...! 3) Can anybody give me the exact location and time of the December 9 shareholders meeting? (I don't hold shares anymore, but still have debentures). Thanks. Saverio
