Rick...Give me one biotech stock that was given non-approval 2 times by FDA and then got a reversal and straight to OTC? Is FDA jerking our chain? I don't think so. Site auditing and labeling agreement are no brainers and will be done in January. FDA approval coming after these two are completed.
