Hi Bob,
I think it's evident that some action was taken. We probably all should have been reprimanded at some point in the last few weeks. I'm very grateful that the powers that be were kind and discerning enough to realize that for some odd reason this one person was unbelievably disruptive and offensive, but in a way that was extremely difficult to pin down, and he brought out the worst in the rest of us. Having watched the entire incident play out-indeed, I fear I was one of the first to engage the party (in all innocence!)-I now wish that I had a psychiatrist who could review the posts and explain the mechanics of what happened here. I think it was fascinating, but also stultifying.

When should I put CW on the plane? He's written up his resume and he's already packed.
