FTFR, KNGI, BTTF, CQMT(formely AUTC) are also stock that are promoted and preached by
Pacific Continental Sec. Corp
Oxford Int'l Mgt
Int'l Asset Mgt

Though you may make 30-50% on DYNX & TMOT, you are literally being whacked by these stocks above.

In some of these cases,so-called investment companies like Oxford Int'l Mgt( they set up Int'l Asset Mgt) have purchased Reg S shares at a steep discount. When they are due, they promoted them to their small investor clients preaching the virtue of "long-term" investment.

As these are OTC-BB stocks which do not require any filings, nobody knows what is going on. You must remember that they do not make much money from commissions rather from buying low and selling high and also from underwriting IPO for unknown companies where they can have a big fee.

Visit stockdetective.com and read the article on "Pennies From Heaven" on penny stock. Mr. Arthur Levitt , chairman of the SEC , testified to the senate on this topic last fall. He mentioned of one Exchange Act Rule 15c2-6 which require broker to get a "written" agreement from their clients for the first 3 penny stock purchases. This was enacted in 1989 and serves to protect investor by making them aware of the "big risk" in these penny stock. I believed they( Pac Con, OIM, IAM) have flouted these rules by not getting a written agreement from their client.

I don't think many of their clients had the "foresight" to avoid FTFR, BTTF, CQMT, KNGI like "some" on this msg board( I guessed we know who they really are ).

Non-US investor out there, be forewarned about this. Remember those 3 names well.
