My dear fellow,

Let me clear up some of your illusion; My job is not to say how this job should have been done,
my job is to DEMAND the rule of law. And I am sorry if you have trouble with the fact that that
requires government in all its forms to stick both to the letter and the spirit of the law. It further requires
the conformity of those laws to the cherished documents with which our founding fathers established this
Nation, the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

I am well aware that many of those who comprise the government find these original agreements between
the government and the people to be overly restricting and well they should be. This government if I
recall correctly was to be "of the people, by the people, and for the people" It is no secret that there has
been for many years, an evolving consensus at many levels of government that the people are not "up to it".

This notion that the government knows best and that the people are pawns to be controlled, manipulated and used
is a poison that is totally foreign to our heritage. This is a commodification of human beings. WE ARE REAL PEOPLE.
This government which so often acts as an adversary belongs to US and was intended to be our SERVANT.

I decry the use of violent protest but don't you forget that these are citizens; in many cases citizens who have been alienated
by the very government that was original designed and intended to serve them. For some reason they don't believe.
I wonder why.

Posse comitatus clearly restricts the use of federal troops yet at least two levels of government continuously
search for technical ways to subvert the clear intention of that law and you yourself have identified agencies
that openly do so.

And yes, police are human too and come equipped with emotions. That can explain certain improper conduct,
it does in no way excuse it.

Does "the end justifies the means" ring a bell with you?
