There are some who ARE almost innocent. Although some children can be cruel- babies, for example, don't do anything particularly evil (apart from keeping their mothers awake all night). And my point was really that worry and sorrow over the worlds problems can actually disable you from doing anything. I have met people consumed with worry who never actually DID anything. I don't see the point in that. You either act or you do not act (hopefully after a bit of rational reflection)- but WORRYING about things never makes anything better.
