BTW: In a news release the company stated that PCCG is planing to spin off e-commerce division in an IPO to stock holders. Internet Retail Sales On December 15, 1998 the Company launched its retail web site "Computer Discount Center located at www.123cdc.com through which the Company is offering a large selection of computer hardware, software and accessories. The company began planning and establishing the infrastructure to handle a large volume of traffic. During the second quarter of 1999 the company worked on improving the look and effectiveness of the web site. Beginning in April and May the company has begun an aggressive advertising campaign through various search engines. Yahoo, AOL, and Computer Shopper among others.
