Gary, the VIX dipped below 20 today: finance.yahoo.com^VIX&d=3m I can't see the top being too far away here. The VIX is just too reliable. You got any stats on intra day put to call ratios? They've GOT to have plunged to tulip levels today. The OEX briefly pierced the top bollinger bands today and immediately started to sell off. If this mutha starts selling off today..... I'm starting to feel like Jimmy Rogers when he shorted Gold at 600 back in the early eighties. <g> He watched gold go up to 800 before one of the greatest bear markets (gold) in modern history FINALLY set in. A top has got to be close, not THE top, but A top. BWDIK
