I think the good news is twofold: they got the financing they need, and it was mostly insiders who bought the stock. The bad news is, they got it at a discount to what the stock is trading for - 56 cents versus about 80 cents on the market. They can also buy more cheap shares for two years. When you add in the additional private placement planned, there could be another 5.315 million shares issued over the next two years, on top of the 8.2 million that will soon exist.

So at this very moment, I question whether the stock is worth more than the .56 paid by the insiders. With some sales in the future, that will obviously change. But it's worth noting the company's per share earnings projections are based on 8.2 million shares, not 13.5 million.

I'd be curious to know whether any of these new shares can be unloaded immediately. Hopefully not, since that could depress the stock price as well.

I don't own any of the stock, but have been evaluating it for a possible purchase.
