Re: November 29 financing Spoke to the company today and management indicated that the 11/29 pricing announcement was the result of an average period pricing using a uniform 8% discount in each instance. The reason that the announcement was not made until 11/29 was that that was the date that the pricing period ended. The formula pricing mechanism was no different than in earlier private placements. It was clearly NOT a 50% or so discount from market and priced on November 29 according to this company officer.
