the company that si has chosen to outsource their email tech assistance to is a complete fiasco... they refer to themselves as tech SUPPORT but so far, my experience has been that they wouldn't know what SUPPORT is if it jumped up and bit 'em on their nose. if dealing with them wasn't so infuriating it would be pretty funny. oh, what the heck, i'll stick with the latter.... si's email tech SUPPORT company is pretty funny. :) mark
