I'm not certain as to your point. Newbridge has had Matthews forever, right? As long as he and his vision/management style is there, Newbridge will continue to be the Newbridge that is today. Cisco has its management team, and look where it is at today. Lucent has its management team, and look where its at today. The same thing can be said of Nortel and Tellabs. If the management teams of the companies that I have just mentioned had the same vision/management style of Matthews, those companies would be in the same situation today as Newbridge. Don't you agree?
