DAYTON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 1999--Miami Computer Supply Corporation (Nasdaq:MCSC - news), today announced the signing of a definitive merger agreement with Video Images, Inc., a $16 million revenue integrator of audio-visual products, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
