Chris: You have come to life! On the various points mentioned:

1. I was referring to research contracts which has been their primary source of income in the past; actually their contract manufacturing has been increasing but will have to increase dramatically

3.& 4. Iamin and the wound dressing products

5. The break even I am not taking into account the facility consolidation which may be a $1 million although I do not remember seeing a figure.

The cash hoard: the company estimates enough for two years. I am merely taking a conservative approach in that if sales do not kick-in they will have to undertake the issueance of stock before the cash is depleted.

But near term to instill longer viability I think they have to link up with a major medical products company. Preferably inviting them to purchase an equity stake from the existing outstanding shares.

What this thread is lacking is a person who has access to a wound care doctor or nurse.

Also the company was late to setting up their web site. It should have been up at least 6 months ago.

I think I get my Annual Report late. I have shares registered in my brokerages name which causes a delay, because it is routed to them first as I understand it. I am in NM. but I do not think your state residence has an influence on delivery time of the Annual Report.

Check-in, if anyone on this thread intends to attend the Shareholders meeting next month.
