<< So what's wrong with Cleveland? >>

Its too damn cold, Al....the average winter wind velocity higher than Chicago's...and the lake is rumored to catch on fire regularly. LOL...nahhh.....great city..under rated. Rock On Cleveland.

Spoke briefly with Karen. My question about their convertible agreement possibly precluding any direct shareholder participation in a future IPO is murky and unanswerable. Grey territory. Ed would perhaps have to cut some kind of deal, and Karen made the salient point that as the major shareholder he obviously would structure it in such a way as to maximize the benefit for present AXC common owners. Also pointed out that was Ed's principle area of expertise. That said, she also made it clear that to the best of her knowledge, no immediate IPO is planned.

As she said to Don ( TinyClassifieds) and others - the IStyle picture will be an easily discernible improvement. I believe her. Also stressed what a mammoth effort was made to just get that soft launch out by the day they did. Rolling up their sleeves daily and dealing with many unexpected variables. ( which does give them a nice head start in the learning curve).

No press release on the KM news because any cash flow from it is uncertain. But it probably will not be all that long before they know more. If definite financial good news flows from it - you can be assured they will sound the trumpets.

Would like to make two quick points now that I am babbling again. One is that the redeemable holders are not entirely the company's enemies. It is in the vested interest of that prestigious group to keep the price above 2.5. If any financial times threaten that price, they will be the first to try and aid any necessary future financing.

And the small insider news last summer...the VP transferring ownership of a large number of his shares to his grandchildren ....well that is heartening.

Admitted risk, but the overall picture looks mighty good to me right now. Best in years.
