I think you have to factor in the relative debt and pfd share levels of each company---the microcaps have a much worse debt+pfd/common ratio as I recall---maybe switch to Enterprise Value/EBITDA instead of cfps and add pfd divs as part of interest equivalents?------re DJ---TRIN is .63 but TIC is -770
