Yep ... you called the action to a "t". Amazing. What I don't get is that the ULBI CEO is basically admitting in a CC that they're 12 months behind VLNC with no clear way to go if manganese proves significant. And LITH ... as you say ... they appear to be air. Perhaps we are measuring the inability of the average investor to perform basic research. ;-)
