I think they bought 1 additional UE10000, to back up the central database machine - just an insurance policy. Their intention is to get off of SUN altogether. I believe IBM is now the front runner. It is relatively simple to go from one Unix system to another - but it is not trivial as there are many small differences in the operating environments.
