SmartStockAdvisor Requests Shareholder Participation in FAQ
SmartStockAdvisor.com wishes to provide shareholders and others the opportunity to ask questions of John Folger, CEO and President, and other members of the management team of HouseHold Direct.com. The purpose of this opportunity is simple. We believe that if shareholders understand the business plan and the progress that is being made, they are more likely to have a greater degree of confidence with their investment in the Company. The selected questions and answers will be placed in an FAQ section on the 1stNetTech web site.
The Company's business plan, while exciting and thorough, has not been easy to track or fully comprehend. There are many facets to the business and it changes dynamically. We ask that all shareholders who have questions submit them to our e-mail address at smartstockadvisor@yahoo.com and not on the Internet boards. For those that have posed questions on the Internet Boards this week, there is no need to resend them, but all future questions should be sent directly to smartstockadvisor@yahoo.com.
In order to manage the level of investor expectations, we will categorize the questions and have the Company answer the most common questions first. We expect this to be a dynamic process in which the FAQ section of the 1stNetTech site will expand as time goes by. It is likely that not all questions will be addressed at this time, as hundreds could be submitted. Finally, while we want to encourage all serious questions; our hope is that all who pose questions do so after thoroughly reviewing the web sites at

as many answers to your questions may be included there.
As always we invite you to call us, if you prefer, and have an interactive conversation; or, if you have questions that do not get answered in the FAQ format. We will always be willing to answer your questions directly, or, if necessary, as quickly as management's schedule allows.
We are also considering a future Conference Call opportunity directly with John Folger to update shareholders more fully. We will announce this date well in advance, so you have time to prepare for it. It may not occur until after the New Year.
