<<Worked on new Format>> Subscribers you have noticed the last few days the watch list has been different. This will be the format with some changes (might have more text) and 3-4 charts daily and sometimes five barring time. The good news is that the full watch list will available with charts by 12:30 a.m. EST and probably 12:00 within a week or two. It will not be divided into a text one and a 'full one'... It will available either in text version or in pdf version but all at one time instead of in two parts (one e-mailed and the other on the website hours later).

The earnings newsletter will be phased out and instead we will have an earnings calendar (soon to be named).. with daily updates on the status of the earnings plays instead of a newsletter coming out on Moneday, when it is rather static... The 'hotter' stocks on the earnings play calendar will have 'links' to CUSTOMIZED charts (much like the newsletter) but day after day instead of just one newsletter for the entire week. For example if JBL is hot on Monday night there will be a customized chart for it by Tuesday... when they become overbought we will give you intraday updates and daily end of day wrap ups...

Expect to have the best plays in the off season where we can afford to do deeper analysis, but in the heavy season we will suffice with the creme de la creme of the earning plays with less intensive analysis but a wider choice of plays.

The '"off season' which is actually most of the year. The very hot 2 weeks of actual season we will suffice with plenty of intraday updates but with 100 plays in a hot two weeks of October we will choose only the creme de la creme for chart analysis.

The market gems website will cease to exist within a matter of weeks but the 'education' portions will all be transferred to another website to be announced.. The chat room is in the works as well and it won't be a format as you know it but less 'boring' less hours (we might activate from 9:00-11:30 and then from 2:30 to 4:00 for example depending on demand). There will be NO FREE DIALOGUE during those hours but you will be watching traders at work and can participate on the stocks on our lists. Free dialoge will be permitted on the off hours..

We would use our "bloomberg terminal' for early morning news and upgrades/downgrades etc before market opens and as the news filters out. During heavy earnings season (October, January, April, July) the chat room will be more active..

I will remain on SI for most of the day since the chat room will only be a 'part time' deal. If there are changes in any stock called they will be announced eithr on intraday updates or on a chat room 'wrap up'..

We have lots of plans and the changes will only be for the better. There won't be 'growing pains' since a very professional staff is handling the transition and not just myself and one programmer.

Many changes will come rapidly, but not so that you won't be aprised of them. "Prices will NOT change except for a surcharge for the chat room".. Intraday updates will remain free to subscribers.

The newsletter and watchlist will be ONE subscription.. no more splitting them up. All Market Gemmers until December 31 will have the same rates... We can't do it after the 31st for reasons which will become apparent in a few weeks. We will be merging with a much bigger company and they will be charging the 'newcomers' after that date. Prices will still be as reasonable as possible as I don't believe in paying through the teeth for a good educational service.
