Loretta,

The board is going to blast me for the following....

>>>>Are you still thinking about a correction before years end or early 2000.

IMO It is just a matter of the wrong things happening at the wrong time. Right now the Fed cannot do anything until Feb. 1, but Greenspan is very upset as to the stock valuations right now and will say or do something to curb the run. Currency is another concern, the yen and euro affecting the trade deficit. BUT, the wall of worry is something that makes the market climb.

>>>>If money leaves the current hot sectors, could IDX benefit
from this change in money flow?

IDX is not a hot sector because security in the Internet has not become an issue, CC/banks(ATM's) are not losing enough yet and IMO will not use biometrics as a solution. Widespread use will never happen.

>>>>Besides replacing RF, what would encourage you about IDX in the next 2 years?

Not much, maybe the airports, time and attendance never took off, healthcare? Not really. I feel that IDX and biometrics has lost it's chance, the window opened and closed. ATM's are the last chance, I just don't see it happening, glad to say that not enough paranoia and crime.

Take a look at CHTR, RSLC and SMS.

Good luck,

Rob
