Ed: I got the information from a post at AOL. I called the PR firm who handles GASS and asked them point blank if GASS was doing another REG S offering. The guy I talked to said that it was not public information but that they were not doing a REG S, they were doing a REG D. I wasn't familiar with that one and he explained that it was the same as REG S but it involved only American investors as opposed to foreign investors. Are you familiar with this? Wasn't a law recently passed forcing companies who sell stock at a discount to report it within 2 weeks? Did it only apply to foreign investors? So far I cannot find anything official but if this is true, it seems to me that management really doesn't give a hoot about stockholders, which has been my impression all along. Management now has a solid track record of selling stock at a discount, to the detriment of existing stock holders, to the benefit of management friends, and they seem intent to keep doing it. I mentioned this before, but look at a chart for the stock price for the past 5 years. Forget about revenues. What the graph shows is a steadily decreasing stock price, and now it stands at an all time low. That should say something to you. I'm giving up on this one.
