Just a hypothetical question William.. (although if the market continues at this pace it wont be hypothetical at all)

What if over the next 3 months money poured into the internut stocks with such ferocity that 50% of the total capital in the nasdaq was concentrated into 10 stocks that had no earnings?

Should the fed care?

And how can you say the fed should leave the markets alone, when the fed has stated over and over that they will step in to lower rates aggresively if the market tanks..

I dont see you complaining about that.. Are you saying the fed should bail out the speculators if the bottom drops out, but it should do nothing to curb rampant speculation on the upside?
