Samsung I believe...Bonded quite a large sum of money so the building could start immediately...And, I believe DELL is getting the LCD's on priority due to this..During the last conference call it was mentioned that the Samsung deal was improving the availability...Perhaps this is also why they mentioned that margins were expected to increase...Also, noted during the call was a backlog going into Q4 i.e., notebooks...
As to the order you mentioned...Sorry, I have no clue..Perhaps it is just the chip mentioned...
