An agreement to sell all of the CDL fractions has been finalized. An agreement with Vulcan for coal supplies is almost final, and an agreement to acquire the encoal plant is about to be signed. Things are unfolding and looking better, three weeks ago I told everybody to load up at 10 cents prior to mits deal announcement, a week later the stock hit 28 cents (almost 200% gain in one week). Now is another opportunity to load up, in the next two weeks there will be another 200% gain. good luck to all
