Alexander, I have a lead for you on your GG Grandmother's name.
Next time you have a question, go to <www.google.com>. The best search engine on the web!
Of course, it is obvious that Parshandatha is not an American Indian name. But then, she would not have had an American Indian name, or rather no one who found her as a tiny abandoned infant would have known what it was.So her presumably white parents would have had to give it to her.
I suspected that the name was of Indian Indian (Hindu) origin, but it was of course unlikely that your forbears were Hindus. <g> Well, a google.com search indicated that is indeed of Hindu and/or of Persian origin, but your forbears probably ran across it in the Bible. The only problem is that the Bible name would appear to be a boy's name:
Easton's 1897 Bible Dictionary:
Parshandatha:an interpreter of the law, the eldest of Haman's sons, slain in Shushan (Esther 9:7).
If you want to pursue this further, go to <google.com>, enter the name, and you're on your way!
