Hi Buddy and All! Just after the AGM the first "new Directors" meeting took place to elect officers. Johann de Villiers is our new President! Donald Nicholson remains as Chairman of the Board Dr. Bernhard Free Director and Chairman of the Technical Advisory Committee. Martin Schultz, Peter Soong, and Lorne Anderson are all outside Directors. Merve McCulloch was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. (Not a director) Karen Liu was appointed Corporate Secretary. There has been quite an metamorphosis of the board to being one with the strengths needed to grow as a company and move to the Toronto Stock Exchange. (the plan is this summer) As far as promotion, the strategy will be put into place by this new board and as soon as I know more I will let you know. Judy Ryon KRT IR
