I bet that CMGI will have a legitimate shot at S&P next year this time when CMGI's market cap is hovering around 40B, just like YHOO before its entry to S&P.

Well, we're at a $18 B+ cap right now with a PE under 40... That's gotta be attractive to the S&P folks in the shorter term. Going to the S&P is not material to the fundamentals of the business, but it would surely give us even more juice, wouldn't it?
