Berle,
That's the $64,000 question. I guess there's all sorts of variables involved in the where the price is going. 1). Will WHIT issue more shares through their shelf registration and continue to dilute EPS? 2) Will their real earnings growth continue to accelerate at its curent torrid pace? At 50 x '98 earnigs estimat of .63 they will be at $31.50. I'm very comfortable with this forecast, however will continue to remain CAUTIOUSLY optomistic.
