Walter,

"Disappointing quarter" was an understatement. What bothers me is the lack of clarification of what caused the punk revenues and earnings. I'm not particularly impressed by these smug statements about "significant progress" without addressing the problems of today. Left a message with Viola at IR. Will let you know if I hear anything.
