I am well and truly pleased that this episode is over for you. You have my heartfelt congratulations. I presume that YOU signed a general release as well, so that you could not go after them on this issue at any point in the future? Pity... If certain transactions were to complete successfully for me, I was contemplating just such a pursuit.
