BOB MARTIN USA: Regarding the "horizontal" B2B companies, I am not a big fan of PPRO. They are a niche player targeting small and midsized business in an effort to avoid competing against ARBA and CMRC. Their customer list is unimpressive and their scope is regional rather than national/international. FWIW, one thing I've learned about playing the internet sector is NOT to buy a basket of stocks but, rather, to continue to funnel money into THE dominant company. IMO, that company is clearly Commerce One (CMRC).
