Thanks Mark,

I share your views, in fact when I saw the deal with Waterhouse, I thought that would give us the kickstart required.
Well here we sit until it happens, and expecting those price quotes to be in the twenties sometime next year.
I would find it very hard for all those analysts to be way off base with price targets.
It will happen.
