Gopher Broke, <My guess is that Intel and Gateway are arguing like crazy about the terms of the exclusivity deal. Gateway will be saying the Intel are in breach because of under-delivery and therefore they are at liberty to ship Athlons. Intel will be waving their big stick and saying a contract is a contract.> In all my experience I never argued with my customers. That's a no win. It is possible there is some horse trading going on but it is very hard to know the details. One thing I couldn't help noticing over the last few days is that, unless I am hearing them wrong, some of the Gateway commercials do not have the "intel" jingle in them. Anyone else noticed this? I wonder if this is anything more than Intel cutting back on the co-marketing dollars (possibly to make up for the falling ASPs going forward or to help make the Q4). Chuck
