Judy, Some questions about the board. If I recall correctly, the China partners were supposed to get 3 seats on it.... correct? Do they now have those 3 people on the board? Or will they be added after the deal is closed? Also, there have been indications that a 9 member Board of Directors may be better for getting a TSE listing (and I think I would prefer a 9 member board just so that the China proportion of the board is 1/3 <grin>)... Are there any plans to go to a 9 member BOD in the future? Or are things just "as they are now" with no changes planned for the future...
