I presume that YOU signed a general release as well, so that you could not go after them on this issue at any point in the future? Pity... If certain transactions were to complete successfully for me, I was contemplating just such a pursuit.

True... However, I know what you are referring to and I made a point to ask the attorneys about that and they said as long as the issues are not directly related to the lawsuit then BW certainly can be made a part of it. We'll see how this plays out. Right now I'd say 60/40 against such a scenario but it was 70/30 just a few weeks ago ;^).
