~20 Billion or ~$100 per share These Big Guys have spent this kind of money for less.As has been pointed out the the book value is not the main criteria.There is an infastructure market share war going on with major battles being fought for customers,IP and engineering talent.This is a Global War.There is lots of $$$$ chasing only a few "small" prizes. TM will get his price and a new job as a visionary as part of the deal. When the music stops the lucky shareholders of NN will be sitting pretty.The traders who gambled on one last SELL will be crying and the shorts will be cleaning out their shorts. This deal is gonna be rocky.Very much like how the fore buyout went so hold on tight and dont be fooled by a few up/down drafts.
