Congratulations to the WebNode Three!

"Besides, what this country really needs is a federal version of the anti-SLAPP provision."

We need to go much farther. It's a violation of an individual's right to due process to allow one's accusers to hide beyond the corporate veil. Corporations should never be allowed to directly sue individuals.

To permit corporation entities to claim equal rights with individuals is to mock the constitution's intent. Business Wire's spurious lawsuit is an example: The individuals were immediately confronted with punitive consequences, long before any day in court. Meanwhile the actual protagonists were shielded from all financial liabilities because they were allowed the use of corporate resources in the pursuit of "justice". You can be sure: If that humorless group of BW executives had to put their own personal capital at risk, the lawsuit would have never taken place.
