With all due respect, it's more accurate to say that the shareholders have been brutalized.

What's worse and bordering on incompetence is this. They essentially shut down three of four restaurants before the deal was consummated. So while they are waiting for this fairy godmother to deliver them the cash, they are generating revenues at the level of 1/4 of what they were at last year. Really, what responsible business person does something like that? Honestly, if those three extra restaurants were so much of a burden, how are they going to deal with a 30 store chain and grow that chain?

And how long are those leases for? How long before they could re-open those three operations if they needed to?

I'm hanging around because I've seen total shells turn around out of the blue. But as far as confidence in this management growing this business plan, it is highly questionable at this point.
