Talked with CMEC Friday, the financials are at the Lawyers office awaiting their approval, so they can submit it. The SEC might take 30-60-90 days to review their filing. Once it is accepted, they should be relisted the next day. They will post their audited financials on the website the same day they submit. It will also list the major restricted shareholders. Float is now about 4.5 million, so there is no need to worry about dilution of shares. There was a buy today at .30, but all other trades were at .20. CMEC still has many other projects in work right now and will continue working on them through completion and will release information when they feel the time is right.
