Robt -- I agree institutional holders want a certain percentage but they also require a certain level of liquidity and that's where having more shares comes in. SDLI did a two for one before their secondary for this very reason. Having said this I can't imagine a stock split until the price is in the 50 - 60 range. Since institutions want shares, I have to think they're having to be careful not to run the stock up. Someone tell them it's okay. Pat
